Rosé

VINEYARDS
The fruit is sourced from 35 specially selected grape-growing families in the Western Cape. The main cultivars being used are Colombar, Chenin Blanc and Pinotage… with a dash of Moscato. Our vines are predominantly dry land vineyards, with little to no irrigation, which in turn contributes to the concentrated fruit flavours. Our dry rosé wines are some of the first to be received into the winery, around the end of February.

FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy now with creamy seafood dishes, cheese and cold meat platters or on its own.

Strawberry and plum whiffs, with a floral bouquet. A zesty, refreshing, yet quaffable mouth feel and lingering sweet fruit finish, although the wine is dry, it gives a lingering moreish taste.

Fresh White

VINEYARDS
The fruit was sourced from 35 specially selected grape-growing families in the Western Cape. These vines are grown in deep cool alluvial soils that are rich in lime and receive an annual rainfall of only 280 mm per year. The sea breeze cools down the fruit, extends the ripening period and builds up concentrated flavours in the grapes. The average annual rainfall is supplemented by controlled drip irrigation from our dams and rivers.

FOOD PAIRING
Whether you prefer spicy dishes, summer salads or fresh fruit, this wine pairs perfectly with all of them. Enjoy now with seafood, smoked salmon and roast chicken

An appealing light straw colour. Light with lovely ripe, attractive rounded fruit. Fresh floral nose and an exciting acid balance.

Smooth Red

VINEYARDS
The fruit is sourced from 35 specially selected grape-growing families in the Western Cape. The Pinotage and Cinsaut vineyards are grown in the lime-rich Karoo soils with fairly high clay content. A small % of Shiraz and Ruby Cabernet bush vines were used to spice up this smooth red blend.
