Classic Range
Amani is a mood. A frame of mind, a way of life.
Inner peace and serenity, like the feeling of watching blue waves break on a sandy white beach, or a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Experience a taste so vibrant and refreshing, it’s bound to take you there.

Classic Sauvignon Blanc
VINEYARDS
Due to warm, dry conditions in the Swartland, this Sauvignon Blanc is a more tropical style of Sauvignon Blanc. These vineyards were planted on cooler sites where there is some cool, maritime influence from the West Coast. This achieves a style of wine that has delicate green notes, complemented by yellow-stone and tropical fruit, a touch of minerality and a crisp, lively acidity.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine pairs well with chargrilled squid, garlic prawns, summer salads or roast chicken. The moreish zesty mouthfeel balances out the fresh, mouth-watering dishes.
WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
To ensure an array of layered fruit flavours and to capture freshness, we use only free-run juice and ferment colder than usual. The wine is left on the green lees for an extended period to develop the expressive green flavours of Sauvignon Blanc and is called “Sur Lie”.

Cabernet Sauvignon
VINEYARDS
The warm climate and rich weathered shale soil, contribute to a Cabernet Sauvignon with expressive fruit character and smooth tannins. The black fruit is well-balanced with subtle French oak for a complex nose and an elegant and lingering follow-through.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine pairs exceptionally well with a Madagascar peppercorn fillet or an aromatic rosemary-scented lamb rib.
WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
To ensure our Cabernet Sauvignon has enough time for the fruit and other flavour components to integrate with the tannins, we ensured extended maturation in our second and third-fill French oak barrels.

Classic Shiraz
VINEYARDS
This Shiraz demonstrates why Swartland is often referred to as the ‘Shiraz Country’. Our Shiraz offers a rich layered fruit and dark spice complexity, with velvety tannins and a lingering smooth palate.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine pairs well with smoked beef brisket, lamb shawarma or ending off the evening with a rich cheese platter.
WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
We believe the natural fruit in the wine should not be masked by over-extracted oak flavour which is why we only used second and third-fill French oak barrels.
